Geisha is a new variety for us and this one did not disappoint. It has all of the characteristics you would want. A light and smooth body, with floral and citrus flavors and a lingering sweetness. The coffee was grown by Derek of Ponderosa Coffee Estates, and we sourced it direct. The cherries are washed to remove floaters the same day as harvest, next day it is set out to dry on African beds. Then they are hand selected to remove green or overripe cherries. Then drying is finished in a humidity controlled dark room.
